    Well the clear was peeling so I said what the heck.
    Sand it with 300 1st primed it. Sanded again with 300 to get it nice and even. Reprimed sanded with 600 then 3 coats of gloss black. what do you think?
    I think it breaks up all the blue. I wonder how the fender flares would look flat black?

    thanks guys. I just set it in there for the pictures. It will stay nice and warm in the house for 2 days. I am still trying to decide if I want to clear it or not.

    Looks good. Now only if our scoops were functional....

    I plasti-dipped mine to finish off my can and just for the hell of it. Doesn't stick out as much on MGM.... Looks aight though.

    This is the first time to see this mod, I'm mixed. I can't tell if I like it or not. You did a great job painting. This would go great with my truck, everything is black or silver.

    It is very common on other brands. Dodge and ford do it on the muscle cars.
    I might change it to FLAT black but I am going to leave it this way for a few weeks.
    Very easy to take off. 5 bolts and 1 screw that is easy to miss in the center of the front.
