I looking at getting 235/85/16's. I aired up my stock size tires to 40psi and it seemed the vibes were worse. I like tall skinnier tires as i plow snow and there's mostly no sand on my trails.

I not paying 7-800 bucks on duratracks, km2's etc.. to have them make it worse. Anybody have any experience on this?

    Dakar leafs, billies at 2.5.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
They're pretty much the same as a 265 75 16, except the width of course. You won't have any vibe issues.

I loved them. I had a rear take 6 plugs because of a railroad spike. They were great off road and in snow and rain.

I may have to consider them as well then , that seems to be the only knock against the KM2's

Never ran the KM2's but I'm getting a set of Duratraks now. Dropping back to a 265/75 also. Save some MPG's

Interesting , I thought that the mileage was comparable from 255's to the 265's

Well, I was filling every 4 to 5 days with the 255 and the milage was showing 350 at the idiot light. Now on the 265 I can stretch 7 days and about 400 at the light. Mind you my tank is 3 (?) gallons bigger.
