What do u mean bottoming out? Is the uca hitting the misalignment spacer of the uca?

Yeah I believe that's the terminology for it. I'm on my phone, so not easy to look at gallery atm but look in mine, go back before the mod day photos and you'll see pics from when I jacked it. I'm drooped pretty far.

Ok I see it. The misalignment spacer is the part after the bolt head and before the uniball. If that is touching the uca then yes you either need straps or lower your front coils. When I did my LT it said to set the straps so you have 1/4 inch space between the misalignment spacer and the uca. the straps stretch about 10% which is the reasoning for that much gap.

I can't clear the tires if I lower. I need to do cab mount chop eventually. If I stuff the tires in a turn, it will rub. I think its a good excuse to get some fenders, but I know the wife will kill me even more than she already will when she finds out I got the fox setup. Thank god I got a year till she sees it....lol

Still not convinced that I like the look of the fenders though. Id only do the front.

I guess it all depends on where you're rubbing. If you are just rubbing the cab mounts, the chop should solve all your problems right? No rubbing, bring down the preload, no rubbing of UCA/misalignment spacer, and no bro lean.

As for the wife, just tell her you bought my old set or something. :D

EDIT: I just noticed you're cv's. Is that your CV angle with the suspension unloaded or loaded? Please say unloaded.

If your springs aren't frowning after you installed the icon leaf pack, and you like the ride quality, install longer shackles, that way you could keep the ride you like,
eliminate the lean and the longer shackles would compliment your extended travel rear shocks...

or just lower you front coilovers and cut to get the tires to fit.

Heres the other photo :) Tires are just barely off the ground. I guess its pretty decent travel. I also have a set of diff drop spacers installed. I just rolled over 90k miles on the way to Jerry's yesterday and no CV problems as of yet.

I'm just unsure at this point. Being a long ass truck, it looks much better with a little height under it. Should I trade height for functionality, or start choppin. I would need to do the cab mount and a little of the actual fender to clear comfortably enough to try and keep up with you guys. Not looking forward to spending another 50 on an alignment either. Maybe for shits n giggles I'll just put a small block in the back, I'm pretty sure I can probably come up with some material at work.

Just curious, what aal did you have before the icons? 1.5" or a 2"? I'm looking to match the rear leaf performance to the front coil performance. Truck looks great too btw well once the bro stance is worked out

If you leave it the way it is, could you make the scoop functional?
