I know Chris4x4 has them on his truck (or did) and there's another for sure. After doing all the measurements though I know they fit for sure, up until today we were uncertain:cool:

Can 5100's handle the expos? I notice most of u r running some pretty hefty shocks. Or maybe ome rears valving would be.better than billys.

5100 or 5125 or any similar shocks aren't able to be re-valved. They are usually preset.

I run 255/70 valved 10" 5150s on my expos but I am a first gen. Ride unloaded is way better than it used to be with a 2" aal

I think it rides better than stock to be honest. I love the planted and controlled feel of them during cornering on road and they pack a whole lot more flex than I would have thought for off road. Still haven't loaded them down yet since I've been out of work lately but I have some errands to run this weekend and I'll be sure to let you know.

New idea: what about.running my current setup and adding timbrens for the extra.weight. U guys think that would be.effective?

It'll help when you really compress your springs, but at the same time you're really compressing your springs (go figure) and wearing them out. From my experience, AALs don't hold an arch too well even unloaded so I vote expos

    Thread Revival:

I've been looking at OME/Dakars as well. Do you think Dakars w/ hd leaf are the happy medium between AP expos and AP standard leafs?

What kind of measurements did you get from those springs? Compressed and extended?
Also, curious what the measurements are on those sick ass shocks!
