I've never had them, but a lot of guys on here do. Some of them say that they wander at speed bc the sidewalls are too soft. Just search "duratracs" i'm sure there's threads here.

    some people like lifts man?

go to cali and tell all the bros that dude.

he can do what ever he wants with HIS truck, not YOURS.

OP, get camburg 4 inch spindles, and bilstein 5100s set at 1.65. almost 6 inches right there and should give you the best ride quality, and you can get dakar leaf pack for the rear to ride really smooth, or go with... blocks.. but the ride in the rear end will be harsh.

this with 35s would look sick!

so this is what i want to know after gething spindles and the 5100's would i need to get uca and lca? and as far as achieving 6" in the rear, (no homo lmao) after getting a leaf pack that would lift 4" what would be needing to add the additional 2"?

I lived in Santa Barbara for 4 years, then Riverside for 5. Sounds like you have the dough to just get it done. Get your Fabtech 6" lift from Fabtech Motorsports located in Chino, CA, then head over to the guys at SoCal Super Trucks in San Bernaghetto and have them put it on. You'll have the illest lookin' whip in town... just remove the PreRunner decals from your truck ;-)

that depends on how high you have the 5100s set at, if you have them at 2.5 you "may" need ucas to get allignment in spec, some people need them some dont. you dont need new lcas.

you can always custom order a leaf pack from alcan also. just give them a call, let them know what your going for and they can figure it out for ya

why would you go with a drop bracket lift when you can go with a spindle lift??

Ooops, you're right. All the reading I've done has been on lifting 4x4s (my Toytec/Eibach/Bilstein 5100 3" liftkit w/ LR UCAs and OME rear Dakar leafs is here today actually... sick of my crappy top-plate spacer w/ rear blocks).

Fabtech made a 6" spindle lift for 1st gen PreRunners, guess not 2nd gens.
