Boyfriend was pissed at me and decided to take it out on my poor Tacoma... he kicked in the right side lens (if you were sitting in drivers seat) .. lights still work but i know what and stuff can get in now. was looking on ebay and saw this listing: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/01-0...oma|Make:Toyota|Year:2001&hash=item1e66ccb351

Are these just too cheap to risk.. can i just replace the lens? The price is great but would like your recommendations.. besides the pick and pull.. oh and trust me he's paying for it and i'll be reevaluating other things cuz he punched me in my head too.

That's abuse......... legal stuff right there

But as far as the headlights, I'd just replace the whole assembly. It's way easier to do

only thing worth doing with aftermarket headlights is adding a bit more sealant where the lens meets the housing to ensure no moisture gets in.

thats the only thing ive ever heard people having to do with aftermarket lights.

ya abuse indeed but you involve police and sometimes u both get in trouble.. esp if your both guys.. and trust me he'd put on a good act. best bet for now is to stay away.. he lives two states away.

do u mean the daytime running lamp on the right and the main headlight in entirety.. sounds good to me.. did you check out that link? is that a good product?
