    I know my Oxygen Sensor is going bad, Its the After Cat, the Post Cat. Is that the one thats Upstream or downstream?
    Never really understood

    Before the CAT = UPstream (you will also hear this one referred to as an AFR)
    After the CAT = DOWNstream.

    No, but the V6 and I4 sensors will be. Also the Fed emissions and Ca emissions are models will be different too. If you need them, go to www.rockauto.com They have the Denso OEM sensors and they are the cheapest. The also have a TW discount code in their vendor section.

    isn't it DENSO Part # 2344159, OE style, plug and play? downstream, V6, auto, right? rockauto has it for $59.

    nvm. i think the one you and i listed has the same sensor, but yours is 17" long and the i listed is 33" long(wire length).
