I have one of those on my truck, I wanted the one with the Red Drum that reads "Gone Fishing" but wasn't going to pay the $75 on top of the $25 whatever charge for a regular one.

Why would he care if I bought them or not? I don't mind paying the extra $10 for a 2 year personalized plate, I am not understanding how thats a ripoff.

Well if you truly feel safer now that you have personalized plates on every one of your cars, I guess that's all that matters.

Even if you had to cough up some dough for it.

Do you live in a small town? Would you be able to find your plate if somebody decided to steal it?
    Just wondering...

I had the plate on my trailer stolen before. Plates are easy because it only takes a screwdriver to remove it, but you could use nuts on the back side and this would most likely make them go take someone elses since chances are they won't have a wrench too.

Now is your chance to upgrade to one that says something like TACOGIRL.

hhahaha, that would be great! I like the way you think!

I used to have one that said BEER NE1. I had a car load of girls on the freeway all hold beers up and smile as they drove by. I miss that plate. My friend bought the car but only if it came with the plate. I even had a cop pull me over once and say, "well, Mr. Bernie One"...I had to immediately correct him and tell him, "No, it's Beer anyone?."

A bunch of years ago I had my plates stolen off of my 240. I called the police and they took my information told me to immediately go to the DMV and get new plates. I went to the DMV, I explained my situtaion and they gave me temporary plates. A few days later I received in the mail replacement plates with the exact same numbers/letters as the stolen plates which the DMV said would be ok. Fast forward a couple days after install and I am getting pulled over, guns drawn, and asked to exit my vehicle. After explaining everything to the officer he told me that DMV was wrong to give you same plates and to go straight to DMV (couple blocks from where I was) to get new plates. If I was to get pulled over again I was to roll window down and hang arms out until police comes up to vehicle. Kind of scary at the end of the barrel even if it was somewhat legit.

haha nice! I usually try to get a picture of plates that are cool. I saw one earlier today that said E - Corp.

The other day I saw UmbrlaC. I think it was Umbrella Corporation from Resident Evil.. then again.. Im a addict when it comes to video games and good movies. haha

A week ago I saw a plate that said Nobra.
