cheap cat for my 97 2.7?

    Not to be an ass, but how about a scrapyard? Cheap, but definitely not same quality as new.

    It all depends on what you're going for. OEM style replacement or sound (louder) or trying to get extra ponies.

    I've heard good things about dynomax for a replacement that is not much louder than stock. Magnaflow, Flowmaster, Borla, Gibson, or Jardine if you're going for sound. Can't really say from experience. I still have the OEM muffler. Try searching in the 4cyl forum and you'll find some video clips and many different opinions on the subject. It all comes down to what you are trying to achieve.
