opinion on ricer sound

really thats muy interesante. personally i like the ricer sond mainly beacuse it makes senior citizens cringe.

Since you seem interested, here's why...

I grew up with a father who owned and loved American muscle cars. My dad owned a 1968 GTO when he was a kid, along with my mother's '68 Mercury Cougar XR7. And I had a 2001 Mustang Bullitt (Steeda headers, Flowmaster mufflers), and a '66 Mustang Coupe (Flowmaster exhaust). Then my dad bought a 2002 F-150 Supercrew (with the 4.6L V8 and Magnaflow mufflers) THEN bought an '07 F150 Supercrew (with the 5.4L)...

So I'm kinda used to the sound of a big, rumbly motor...

They "cringe" because the cars of THEIR day sounded like real cars, not like somebody's ASS with a microphone up it

hey hey hey. lets dont get defensive. im just posing why i like it. plus it must be something with my friends. they all pretty much drive trucks that are V8s and V6s so i think adding a little vroom in my step will turn some heads. especially the ladies

. but yeah i get what your saying. "the only cars that are desent sounding are the ones that dont sound like a fart can." its cool i can respect that.

4-bangers are hard pressed to find an exhaust that can sound like old school muscle...

There are a lot of cars that sound raspy but can whip any ass, any day.

All I'm saying is that I prefer the deep sound. It brings me back to my childhood.

My girl got pregnant, so I did the responsible thing and got a Matrix so I could haul the kid around.

The Bullitt didn't have a backseat, or seatbelts at the time.
