    I think the answer would be a turbo diesel. then we could see 30 to 40 mpg maybe. I would def get one!

    but the diesel price is higher than super unleaded which could take the edge off that win

    I bet overall it would be a win though. Diesel is what, about 10% more expensive than gas? But the MPG increase would be very conservatively 20% higher. A turbodiesel would be a huge win over a gas engine in cool factor anyway. :D

    I would too! I think Toyota makes a diesel for other markets but not US? Is it because of emissions? I thought Mahindra could be on to something with their little truck but they can't get them here. Prob government or politics.
