My dad's cat got stolen...help?

    I went back and looked at the vids for the cat clamp and you are absolutely right. There is no way they can get the cat unless they are able to cut the cables.

    As promised here's a few more pictures of my cat protection...like I said it ain't pretty but it works. I also included a couple pictures of plates I had welded behind the cats. The main plate slides into postion on 2 hooks welded to the frame, then secured to 2 pre-existing threaded holes on the frame and the crossmember under the transfer case. I used bolts that don't have a normal head (can't use a socket, wrench, or screw driver) and wrapped the sensor wires with additional heat retardant material. The whole thing lets plenty of air through but makes it impossible to remove the cats from below, front, or back. It's been on the truck for over 3 years now without any issues.

    Truly is a clean underside. Maybe thats why it got stolen, and unbolted so cleanly and not just hacked off- someone really needed the part not just for a bag of crack! Bastards :mad:

    Anyone in the area with the same truck? :spy: If so, take a look underneath and see if they had any exhaust work lately...
