Anyone else have a P0505 code and have to replace the IAC? I have removed it twice to clean it but it still gives me the code. I did a lot of research and found a replacment part made by SMP. I hope it is a decent part. I was hoping to go for a while before having to replace it, but it has now started to idle at about 1800 rpms and then suddenly drop to 1000, then back. Just looking for suggestions....................

Yes, I replaced the IAC and it hasnt given me the code since then. I bought it from either Rock Auto or on Amazon.com.
