Question Torque spec for 2.7L A/C compressor idler pulley?

Readying for a drive belt change, I can't find the torque spec for the 2.7L 3RZFE A/C compressor idler pulley (the one you loosen to adjust the compressor drive belt tension). It ought to be somewhere in the factory manual but I haven't seen it there.

The PS pump idler pulley is listed as 14 ft-lbs but I'd rather not assume the same for the A/C idler pulley. Thanks, if anyone has that spec.

That's the same PDF manual I already have, and I also have the non-searchable paper manuals (2 books) from which that was crudely scanned. If it's actually in the manual, it's not obvious where.
