    Thinking about swapping from an automatic transmission to a manual, any suggestions?

    Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
    On your '11? You're better off trading it in on the truck you want.

    You'll need to swap ECU's, wire harnesses, cut and fab for pedal components, just off the top of my head.

    yeah i was thinking that a trade in would be the best way to go. i was just curious as to the process
