Hard start after fillup

    Hard starting after fuel fillup, recently bought a 2003 2.7 4wd xtrcab. When ever it is low on fuel or after fuel is added it takes a lot of engine turnover to fire, when it does finally crank it acts flooded. Local shop replaced fuel pressure sensor/ switch. Problem persists with addtion of check engine light. Any suggestions?
