Na. I said they can maintain speed. And it kept up with a 4cyl MB. It's not as terrible as you made it out to be. It doesn't make much sense to me to whine about how slow the 4cyl pickup truck you bought is.

But all in all I have to remember that you're just looking to start shit. Probably because you're bored because you haven't decided to lower your truck again yet

Jesus, didn't mean to hurt anyone's feelings when I said my truck struggles in the wind.

Maybe your truck can maintain speed in windy hilly conditions, mine can't. We aren't set up the same so that's probably the difference. Also, I don't think I was whining, just stating a fact. If I cared about power on the highway I would have kept it stock or bought a different truck

How have you guys mounted your toolboxes? J-bolt to the bed rails or drill into the bed caps? Starting to warm up here so I'm getting ready to ditch the tonneau cover for my toolbox :D

Yeah the aero is really tough to overcome no matter what. I'd love to know what boosted x runners trap

Lol at this convo. The truck is slow regardless. At my elevation the stock horsepower will theoretically drop around 108 hp @ 5200rpm. Its a suck fest no matter what you do here. I could care less about keeping up with another car but struggling to maintain the minimum at times just blows.

I have debated selling it and getting a used FJ for a long time. Its still an option...the power would be nice and I don't need the truck bed any more with the motorcycle sold. An FJ with the URD SC.... I believe you can fit 35's with little to no cutting as well.

They look amazing. Not a lot of people like them but I think they look awesome!

Its rough, luckily I don't leave town other than to wheel/camp so its not to bad

Lol, rip out the back seat and build a platform. Some math have maybe brought up a flaw in my taco living plan though :(.

No it would be bad ass as well. I think all the parts will transfer except the bed rack and I believe the suspension. Maybe the sliders as I believe they are only slightly longer. Ill go ahead with the re gear and see if it helps at all. If not I will probably jump into a used FJ.

Gears, install kits, rear locker, and compressor is $1715. Installed it will be around $2500.

Eh, just depends on how you see it . A lot of people don't see the beauty out here until they leave.

Here are a few more from the other day.
