God I need to do this...BabyTaco you did it to your truck right? Any pointers? How long does it take. I know you got the 05-11 headlights but I'm sure that doesn't change anything too much in terms of process.

Process is the same. Probably took me an afternoon...been a while. No real tips other than take your time. I used a heat gun, it wasn't as good as an oven but it worked and I didn't have to explain to someone why I wanted to put my headlight in their over.

I was thinking about using that method too. Good to know it works. Definitely something I gotta do this summer

Marine grade material to recover your armrests and get rid of that faunky cloth is cheap. Hell, I got a roll I bought to do mine and have a bunch left over. $10 will get you a pr shipped to you. I still have the cloths off mine for pattern too. The reg cab ones are longer than AC/DC's are.

Also found black oem window cranks same as oem gray ones and swapped those too.

The cables like to break where they meet the drum.
This thread contains pictures of the typical problem, even though they're talking about it coming from LT rear suspension.

I was very pleased that mine came with bucket seats! My best guess is that they ran out of regular cab parts sometime in 2014 and started throwing in access cab base model seats.

Is it automatic? I looked (just out of curiosity) at a new 2012 rc 4x4 when buying my used 08 rc and they were saying the only way to get buckets in a reg cab was with automatic 4x4.

It's pretty funny that with manual/buckets/console in a reg cab you have 9 cupholders for 2 people.

In the later years regarding cabs (not sure exactly when) auto = buckets and 5 speed = bench.
