Need advice on potential performance upgrades

I have an 07 2.7 liter 4-banger Tacoma with an extended cab, and was looking to perform a few performance upgrades. I have so far installed a Cold Air intake, and removed the secondary air filter. Currently, I am looking to install new headers, exhaust, and a possible Stage 1 clutch. I am looking at the following:

Headers

Now, I am relatively new to the aftermarket business, and was wondering if these choices are both feasible, and the best bang for my buck.

Which cold air intake did you use? i want to but one on mine, but I'm not sure on which one to use
