I don't think such a thing exists. I'm assuming you have a 5 lug? The Prerunner is a 6 lug with a totally different suspension design. There are options for lifting a 5 lugger but I don't know much about them.

Also to make it look like a Prerunner you will need fender flares and bigger wheels/tires. It's gonna be an expensive proposition.

Yeah I dont think you can just add 6 lug suspension to a 5 lug

I figure you have a 5 lug since you want a lift to get the stance of a pre-runner or 4x4.

There are some, limited, options to lift it. The cheap route would be spacers and an add a leaf, or you could go with a mid-travel or long travel setup that would be more expensive, but give you a quality suspension and a great ride.

As for the rest of the look you'd have to get some fender flares and drill holes to mount them. Or if you do go long-travel.. just get some glass and have a badass rig.

This thread could probably help you: http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/5-lug/138807-official-5-lug-suspension-setup-thread.html

this is the cheapest one out there for 5 lug. i think ryanjboutin has just the front spacer for sale if you want to buy that.

you dont need to get the shocks that come with it unless you want to. you can use the stock TRD Bilsteins from a TRD sport or offroad. this will get you close to a stock 4x4/prerunner if not the same height. hope this helps! check out the 5 lug suspension thread too in the 5 lug sections there are pretty much all the options in there.
