Im looking to put new tires on my 2004 2.7l 4WD. I'm putting them on the stock 16in alloys. What do you guys think would be good sizes to look at? Im looking at 255/85/16 BFG M/T KM2 or 265/75/16 BFG A/t. But am open minded to any tires. Any recommendations will help. I tow a 16ft boat with my truck and drive at highway speed frequently.

    Thanks

Unless you want to regear I would stay with the 265/75R16. The 255/85R16's are taller and will kill the little 2.7's power even more. You might want to stick to stock size if you are towing often.

YeaH I like the look of the M/Ts but there just not to practical for everyday driving. I'm pretty sure I'm getting 265/75/16 BFG A/T's. Thanks.

The 255 KM2s look & perform great off road but suck at Hwy speeds on hills.
I only run the 255s when going off road & run the 245/75/16 Dungflops for commuting. When the Dungflops wear out they will be replaced with 265/75/16 Dynapros.
