3rz p0300,p0302

Hi everyone, I need help understanding what my problem may be. I searched before but didn't quite get the answer I'm looking for.

First off: 2001 prerunner, 3rzfe, 210,000 miles.

I first got the misfire code about 1 months ago. I replaced spark plugs, moved around COPs, professionally cleaned injectors but still no dice. p0300,p0302 still pop up.

This afternoon, I do a compression test and this is what I found:

Cyl 1: 175 psi
Cyl 2: 115 psi
Cyl 3: 160 psi
Cyl 4: 180 psi

I added a tad bit of oil in both cyl 2 and cyl 3 and compression jumped up a little, which leads me to believe that it's the rings that are causing my misfire.

Engine is not burning oil or loosing coolant

Is it coincidence that the inner 2 cylinders are low or is it indicative of something else?

I'd also like to add that I recently took the truck to smog and passed the performance part with flying colors but failed due to me clearing the cel the day before and not giving it time to re update.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Not that I know of. I've owned it for the last 10k miles. I was planning on doing it prior to compression check, but I figured adding the oil meant it was a bottom end problem.
