Hey everybody Im the new guy. I just need a question answered about my 2003 2.7 liter taco. A buddy of mine informed me shortly after I bought my truck that I needed to change the timing chain and guides on my truck after a 100k. I said ok sounds good, then the confusion set in. Does my 2003 have a chain or belt? Also is it only necessary to change the chain guides and not worry about the chain or should I change it all? Ive searched the web for my answer but everything ive found is just kinda vague on this matter and I would love if somebody could give a straight answer on this.
