Question Testing Ignition Coils in my '97 3vz-fe 4x4...

I have searched everywhere trying to find which pins on the coil to test. I can find all sorts of threads discussing the, but none explaining which pins on the coil I need to test. It's been a really frustrating experience and any help would be greatly appreciated. I cannot find my Haynes manual anywhere so you guys are my only hope! Thanks in advance for the help...

IGNITION COIL INSPECTION

  1. DISCONNECT HIGH-TENSION CORDS FROM IGNITION COILS
  2. DISCONNECT IGNITION COIL CONNECTORS
  1. INSPECT SECONDARY COIL RESISTANCE Using an ohmmeter. measure the resistance between the positive (+) and high-tension terminals.
Secondary coil resistance
Cold: 9.7 - 16.7 K ohms
Hot: 12.4 - 19.6 K ohms</B>

Can you tell me which terminal is the positive and which are the high tension? I'm sorry for the ignorant questions, I'm just so dang aggravated!
