I should mention I have a 5 lug (15in rims), and want to know if I will need to have it aligned after the lift and tires?

According to this thread http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/whe...uspension.html

you can go up to a 31" tire. Something like 265/75-16 should work (4x4 TRD Off Road stock size). At the very least you will have to remove the "black plastic boxes" in the fenderwells to avoid rubbing.

Changing tire size won't affect your alignment, but adding a lift will require you to re-do your alignment.

What he said.

With the lift you can go up to a 31 inch tire. Most people then put on new wheels that are a little wider so they can accommodate the extra width of 31x10.5x15 or 245/75/16 size tires. I think the largest tire you can put on the stock 5 lug rims is 30x9.5x15 or 235/75/15. The limiting factor on the stock rims is that they are only 6.5 inches wide. If you go up to 7 or 8 inches wide then 31" tire sizes will fit.
