So I'm planning to purchase 16" black pro comp wheels but there are three different measurements that I'm not familiar with. Sorry for the newbie questions... But what are the differences according to the described measurement. I'm not familiar with back spacing and offsets. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

The difference is the lug pattern and the backspacing, If your looking for a 6 lug tacoma none of those wheels will fit

Really...I typed in my truck model ( 2012 dole cab 2.7l pre runner) and these are the wheels that listed on 4wheel parts. Why would theses fit?

So I found these level 8 wheels similar to procomp. Im assuming these will fit my model. Also, planning to put 265/75/16 tires on them. Should fit right?

I have some 98 Series Pro Comp 16 x 8 wheels with a backspacing of 4.25". I love the way it looks and the tires stick out about an inch from the fender flares. The picture below looks a little deceiving, but they do not sit out any further than that.

Thanks you all for your response. Here's my truck after the mods. Installed 2.5" front and 2" rear toytec lift 2 days ago and I stalled the level 8 tracker with 265/75/16 Dakotas.

Old thread, worth commenting for others that are influenced by this post.

I bought Pro Comp Series 98 black wheels today, 4.25" offset, AKA same thing mentioned in this post. 2012 regular cab 4x4.. same dealio.

They do not fit. At all. Couldn't find guy above mentioning anywhere on this forum that he ran spacers so I foolishly tried it.
