    I need some advice.....

I have a blown head gasket on my 97 3rz. Just hit 180k so I thought I would do some maintenance while I'm at it (new timing set, etc.).
I have the option of buying an engine out of a wrecked 2001 3rz with super-low miles. Will this be an easy swap and is it a good idea to go ahead and upgrade? I know the coil packs are different, but is there anything else I should know? The wiring harness on the 01 engine was cut, so I'll be using my original. Any wiring or sensor differences between 97 and 01?
