Nooob Questions about lights and noises..

Hi, this is my first post here. I have a maintanence required light on in the das of my truck, now i have done my oil change and was wondering how to reset this light. Also, the truck i have is an 06 single cab with a 2.7, it has a ticking noise to it that i was wondering about, is it just regular engine noise?

Mine also has a bit of a tick to it. I assume it's normal.
