235/85/16 will be the size I get when I wear the factory sized MT-Rs down. I have a set of LCE headers I need to get around to installing and hope that makes up for the increased diameter. I kinda want the tooter intake spacer but seems a bit hokey on the install side. Wish it was a bit more stable/secure.

Mine are 265/75/16's which are almost the exact same tire, except .2% shorter and 11.3% wider....so basically the same height, but a little wider. It should be fine.

Not necessary. I had mine on for a year before I put my 3" lift and had zero issues.

Nothing much. A little louder than normal, but nothing like super swampers or anything. No turning issues and no significant decrease in mileage
