I know it's not a Taco but can you guys give me an opinion what I might get for my short bed 1981 Toyota Deluxe, it's body is in excellent shape, no rust through, interior in pretty good shape, weber carb, new front suspension, new bushings front and rear, new shocks, new brakes, new brake shoes and pads, new wheel bearings, new fan belt, new tires, SR5 rims and trim rings, new windshield, dashmat, sliding rear window, five speed, 22R motor, 287,000 miles, runs excellent. I have 2 tailgates to rebuild as 1. I'm thinking of asking $1800.00

I love those 22R motors. I had one in my 1987. I bought it with 55,000 miles and sold it with 225,000 miles. Was running great when I sold it.

Got A/c? And does it work? Your climate is much the same as mine and I can't see you getting more than about 1200 if it doesn't have A/c. As a matter of fact around here this time of year, you just about can't sell a non ac car. It does look very clean though.
A guy I work with just bought a 1990 22re auto ext cab w/a/c 180K miles extra clean for 2600.
