Damn I'm still thinking of doing a 6" Fabtech with 17x9 Mickey Thompson polished Classic II wheels with 4.5" BS and running 33x12.5's MT's.

It would looks so bad ass and get my bumpers off the ground without having to use a body lift, even though the frame will have to be cut. I don't care about resale value.

I'm just wondering if I could hold off on re-gearing for about a year and not kill my driveline, trans and clutch. Hate the huge 3" blocks they use. Was thinking about a 3" leafpack and 1"-1.5" block, which would level it all out nicely.

Coils set to 2" with rear lift left stock and my 32's I just don't think it's enough.

But I know the lift, wheels, tires, coilovers and gears is going to be 6 grand plus.

Think it'd be about 4 grand without the Fab coils and the gears, with labor.

    Even that is OUCH!

Sometimes I think I should have bought an un-modable vehicle, like a minivan..... yea right.

Need to make up my mind by the end of the year.

I have an '06 2.7 prerunner 5spd with 33" tires on 16" rims and it does just fine. I have plenty of power and I really don't feel much lag except for when I first start off from a dead stop, but nothing unusual about that. I'm not sure if it would be the same story with an automatic.

procomp leveling kit,77series k&n cause it looks cool i guess
I actually have the procomp kit for the 5 lug 15!on my taco lol kinda pointless responding i know but also last tires where 235 they fit fine no problems at all except the end links would go bad every couple thousand miles and would cause bad tire wear so make sure just to get some that can handel the lift if anything if you have the prerunner i hear stock last longer but regular it wont trust me i go through them like my girlfriends lol. What maker of tie rod end links do you guys have ? 285/75R16 you can prob get

If your intention is to wheel your truck get the biggest tire possible as soon as possible every inch of clearance matters, every inch or suspension travel makes a huge difference. I did 265/75r16 then armour and a 3"lift at first it was great but I did lose my front bumper a couple times and took a rock to the belly of the truck and crushed the carrier bearing. Once I learned where I wanted to go with the truck I said screw 33's and went to 35s and more armour, I ran the truck for a week on the stock 4.10 gears it was fine with the 35s and steel wheels. It sucked on the highway and my milage was awful but it moved them. I then regeared and locked the tuck I went with 4.88s cause I have a 5spd and the truck felt stock again. It's all up to you and what you wanna do with the truck but yes a 4cyl access cab 5spd can turn 33'signal no problem
