    Stock OEM plugs are recommended.

The "search" function on here offers a wealth of information on spark plugs for your reading enjoyment.

I've done a mod or two
OEM - FYI Both NGK and Denso are considered OEM and the V6 even comes from the factory with one half NGK and the other half Denso

I put NGK IridiumIX's in mine when I got it 6 months ago with 119,000 on it. I did it for one reason only. They last a long, long time. I've heard 100,000 miles. I can't see changing them any more often than I have to although I will pull them once in a great while to check them out. The nice thing is I don't HAVE to. Copper and platinum actually work better from a conductive standpoint though I have noticed no difference in throttle response or fuel mileage since I put the Iridums in there.
