how many miles is on your 2.7

How many miles is on yours and note problems if any. How many do you expect to put on it.
My '02 Pre-runner just turned 120,000 miles and no mechanical issues. Only oil and filter maintenance. I'm thinking of getting a new vehicle next year before it hits 150,000.
My old '83 2.4 needed a head gasket at this point. I understand it was a common problem.

My 2005 has a little over 72k on it.

Water pump went out at 69k, covered by extended warranty.

I expect to run it into the ground.

08 just turned 37k...No problems at all...I plan on having this truck to about 200k or just forever...Make it into a strictly trail buggy in about 20yrs...

i have a 1996 toyota tacoma 4x4 2.7 with 165,000 miles(yes us truck)in the last 6 years of hard offroad use i only had to change the starter and one brake caliper.just do regular oil changes and nothing else.my nephew is taking over ownership now,probably go another 165,000.i would have never sold it if it could tow my rock crawler.

My current 2004 2.7 has 141k on it, my 07 2.7 had 20k, and my trusty 98 had 208k on it. No problems with any of them....

my fathers 96 2.4 has 230k i did the clutch, shocks, and head gasket (no head work, just slapped in a new gasket) at 225k everything was original before that besides the starter.

18 months 15,000mi or so(yea low miles).
only problem if you could call it that is the rear spring clanks when goin over some bumps(speedbumps) at posted speed or 5-8mi LESS.(not more but it does it then too). So Toyota pu spray foam between the springs and it lasted 5 months 8(
