so untill a couple months ago i had a 2001 f250 v10. but i have since upgraded to a 1997 tacoma 4 cylinder 2WD. not its time to do an oil change and i dont know what to put in it. i always did my own changes in my ford.

anyone have an idea about what kind and more importantly how much oil to put in the truck?

    thanks for any help!
