Line-x, Rhino line, or what?

So after owning the truck for 7 months and the 3rd time of getting water inside my cab, it's time to change something.

I plan on continuing to wheel it so more water crossings/mud holes will be in the future.
My carpet is pretty gone but a new one could be ordered if needed but, I was hoping for a more water resistant fix.
So far I have called around and

To get rhino lined professionally = $450-$500 and theyl need the truck for a week

Or get Line-X'd =$600-$700 and theyl need the truck 2-3 days.

I will not Herculiner it myself cause I am not confident in my skills(flame me if you want but Idc)

If anyone has any options/suggestions/ideas I'd really appreciate it.
Maybe there's a complete rubber flooring I could put in?:notsure:

Let's keep this positive(no"well don't go in water" comments cause I wheel and sometimes it just happens)

You aren't confident in your roller painting skills?? Herculiner is as easy as painting a wall. Just be careful cause it sticks to everything...

A "complete rubber floor" is still gunna have a problem with mold and holding water between the flooring and the floor pans so you'll ahve to remove it and dry stuff out still...

and again, careful with the Hootus

Nope. Me + painting anything= turns out like ass.
So I'd pay the extra $200-$300 to get it done right. But im just tryin to see if there's anyother options out there

BulletToothTony 10-04-2012 12:09 PM

the Hootus is definitely something to keep your eye on, no doubt...

wrxRome 10-04-2012 12:11 PM
