k&N cold air intake

    dick cepek wheels, 3 inch toytec lift, 33-12.50-15 mickey thompson tires, front brush guard with kc's
    I have a 96 tacoma 4 cylinder and was wanting to put a K&N cold air intake on it. Would i be able to tell a difference in power and fuel milage, or is there something better to give me more power.
