I should mention I have a 5 lug (15in rims), and want to know if I will need to have it aligned after the lift and tires?

    What he said.

With the lift you can go up to a 31 inch tire. Most people then put on new wheels that are a little wider so they can accommodate the extra width of 31x10.5x15 or 245/75/16 size tires. I think the largest tire you can put on the stock 5 lug rims is 30x9.5x15 or 235/75/15. The limiting factor on the stock rims is that they are only 6.5 inches wide. If you go up to 7 or 8 inches wide then 31" tire sizes will fit.
