I just bought a power bastards 220 amp alternator for my 08 taco. I've been hearing that I can run my new 4awg power wire that I bought with the alternator piggy backed with my old power wire. So I'm basically asking can I run both the old and new power wire together so I don't need to rip out the old wiring. I heard someone say that I could without a problem but I just want to make sure. I will be running the new wire to a 250a fuse so I won't burn up the wire.
