Do you care about it being a 4x2 or 4x4?

I don't know if you were talking about the 1st post or the one on the 2nd page. I updated my 1st post. The 1st one I looked at was 2wd but this one is 4wd. I would rather have 4wd but it all depends on the price.

I would do 4-4.5k if the timing belt and water pump were changed.

This is what I just brought home today, don't hate on the rims. They are the first thing going... It's a 1999 4Runner V6 4wd, 186,xxx miles. Runs like a champ. I got it for $3800, a Ruger 10/22, Glock 27, and a Taurus TCP. You think that's a decent deal?

Yeah thats a good deal. I would have told the guy that he didnt deserve the glock because he put those shitty wheels on there. I would look for a trade on craigslist for some stock wheels. You might get trade + cash from the right ethnicity. Looks like a clean t4r

The guy bought it like this, and was going to put different tires and rims, but then the wife gave him the OK to go buy a brand new Jeep Sahara on 35's off the lot. A girl drove it before him and took real good care of it... And yea, I already have them on CL

Sounds like a good deal to me. You got a good year for the 3rd gens and 186k isn't bad. Sign up at t4r.org and you can get some tips and help with the 4runner.

I live right outside Fort Walton Beach and have been looking at this truck for months! Was really considering it for a 3rd vehicle. Nice 4Runner man, get rid of the rims ASAP, get on T4R.org, TTORA, and please for the love of god install an external trans cooler NOW. B&M 70264 or you'll be sitting in the same place I am right now with a smoked trans. Nice guns too!
