I had a request to post a couple pictures of the fog light plug. I'll give it a try now.

Diameter on the back side of the plug is 3 3/4"

The tabs on the side is 4" on center. Two screws on one side, and the other side just has two slide-in tabs.

I haven't done it yet. Searching on eBay, it looks like a pair of Camry lights might work. In a little while, I'll go by the used car lot with my tape measure and find out.

The inserts are held in place with a pair of phillips screws, and slots on the opposite side. If you turn your wheel full to one side, you can get a light and mirror up in the wheelwell and see what's up. I'm still waiting for Toyota to make an OEM set of fogs. I looked at the setup on eBay, and can't quite see how they would install behind the bumper

If you try 'em, let us know how they install

Cool thanks, I may have to try them. The descriptions says satisfaction guaranteed so if they don't mount right I would probably just return them. I don't suppose you happened to notice if the wiring was there when you pulled the plugs out?

Okay I did some more research and looked for people who purchased the lights and asked for their feedback. I got two very different responses. I asked the person with the positive experience for more info. It could be the person that sent them back did not want to do the work.

I ordered the Blinglights kit supposedly for the 2012, but I was sent a 2011 kit (or there never was a 2012 to begin with). Being in Canada it isn't worth the hassle sending it back. The problem is that even if the lights are the right size (the 2011's are bigger as I'm sure you know) there isn't a very good way to hold them in there unless you have the proper housing mount which of course isn't a straight forward affair. You probably won't get them to fit nicely, or even straight in the plastic housing that surrounds the bulb. I bit the bullet and ordered two fog lights from Toyota and use the wiring that came with the blinglight kit. The lights of course are back ordered.

What was the model on the bling lights you got? I just got mine yesterday. I think they are the bl300w or something to that affect. I was gonna try an install tomorrow.

    I ordered:

"2012 2013 2014 Toyota Tacoma Xenon LED Fog Lamps Driving Lights Foglamps Foglights Drivinglights Kit"

I don't have the box in front of me as it is at work. The kit I received does certainly not fit the 2012. As I mentioned it is not all lost as I can use the wiring, relay, and switch and still save hundreds of dollars over the whole kit from Toyota. Granted the switch isn't as nice, but still.

Unless they provide a proper mounting bracket/housing which I highly doubt, the whole kit they send is mickey-mouse at best (the lights themselves look ok). They should make it clear on their website that they don't provide proper mounting brackets/housing.

Okay so I got the fogs mounted. Took me longer to take the bumper off than it did to mount them and put the bumper back on cause there were some catch point with retaining clips I couldn't figure out. Alas i got it put back together now just working out the wiring. I'm attempting to use an OEM switch for the fogs and a rocker switch for the secondary blue lights. I'm getting help from someone else on the forum to get the wiring straight. Once I get it all setup I'll post some pics.
