The adjuster screw on the bottom has 2 tabs on it that hold it in place, push those in while pushing the fog light housing from the rear (push the fog light toward the front of the truck). Once that releases, there are 2 alignment tabs, one on either side of the fog light housing about 1/2 way up that can sometimes get stuck on the holes in the bumper. Just wiggle it a little and they'll pop out.
Here's a side view of the fog light, see the alignment screw on the bottom with the black plastic piece over it? That's what is holding them in place.

Back view so you can see the tabs that stick out either side that can get caught and hold the light in place.

The rum is only for the projector retrofit, not required for lamin-x install

    please see post #3......

JK JK JK... you have your bumpers off?? try using a small flat head screw driver to help you press those little clips.

See the attachment. Press the tabs (see the arrows) and then that should release the adjustment screw from the bumper. Then pop the sides out of their holders (see the clouded area and the nubs sticking out). These nubs seat into holes on the bumper and can hold the fog light in place. Don't forget to unplug the bulbs :D

Push in the tabs and push the alignment screw portion out of the hole in the bumper, then turn your attention to the side tabs. Once the bottom alignment screw is not held into the bumper, twist the light so it pops out. Keep them plugged in at first, they tend to release with a little pressure, that way you won't send the light flying.

No, I got mine off in about 30 seconds just by laying on my back under the front of the truck. You absolutely do not need to remove the bumper.

I don't really know what to tell ya man... All I did was push the tabs in, pop that part out of the hole in the bumper, then push from the back of the fog light and the whole light popped out. Those tabs are the only things really holding the light in place.
