    Thanks to everyone for all the input... there are lot of names here that we didn't think of that i really like.

    My wife gets mad at me when i just start naming random names... last night i offered DJ, Stephany, Michelle and Rachel... she figured out that I was naming the girl on 'full house' and that was the end of that conversation.

    My wife and I said random names up until the day our daughter was born (7 months ago). My mother-in-law did like the name we had picked so she kept giving us lists of name she liked, ever week.

    When we found the one we like best, we kept an open mind and kept looking at names. "What do you think of, Gwen, nope still like Harper best." "What do you think of Alice, nope still like Harper best."

    She needs to stay open to everything, you might spout out a random name you heard once and really like it.

    Just make sure you both like it, everyone else can go take a flying.... It's your kid.
