I just noticed something, looks like the shop did use the right notch on the shock. According to DSM:

Why is my inner CV boot in that angle? even after diff drop?

I see 2 notches on the shocks with nothing in them so it's probably in the third (1.75") or forth (2.5")
I don't have Billies up front but that's what it looks like to me.

You are correct, Thanks. I forgot how deep those brackets were:

I just mentioned the issue to the shop and they are saying they had no instructions but everyone here says they should have known. Any ideas?

If they were on that notch when you took them in and didn't tell them otherwise then you probably won't get very far with them.

Nevermind I see that you told them. Still it's your word against theirs. You would probably get a better response in person than over the phone. That has been my experience when stuff like this happens.

everything was in the box, Every one here says they should have known to set the shocks at .85 with the after market coils

The instructions should have been in the box, they were in mine. But I guess if you didn't check there is no way to be sure.

And I don't think a shop should be expected to know what setting to use considering the wide variety of coils and trucks out there.

Just because Tacomaworld knows doesn't mean your shop would know .

I suggest going in and talking to them and work out some kind of arrangement to have them lowered . Be prepared to give a little .

It will depend on what you can negotiate. The shock clearly had four height settings. Did they ask / did you tell them what lifted height you wanted? Did the springs come with paperwork? Is the shop experienced with lifting trucks? It just so happens that most Eibach coils designed for cars are meant for lowering...

Everything has been fixed even with stock UCAs:)

    I had two problems:

    1. Bilstein's were set at 2.5" + 1.6" Coils - Now at .85"
    2. One of my wheels was slightly off and shop installed that wheel in the front by mistake
that's what was causing the pull
