Well, I picked up my new truck yesterday and I gotta say that my first impression is that I'm gonna love it. It is a lot different than my 03 was. It's a Radiant Red 4x4 DC TRD Sport with black leather interior. I did debadge it today and the lift is on the way, the Ivans in the garage, and I haven't decided on tires yet(probably BFGs). I'm only going with 2" in the front to level it out and run 265/75/16s. I really don't want to mess up the ride. Here it is......

How does one get the leather? I must of not read too deep into the option packages or you hit a large farm animal on the way home and your survival instincts kicked it.

Thanks for the compliments guys. The leather was a dealer installed option @ $1500. They even told me that I could buy the truck with the cloth and come back and buy the leather package at anytime. I'm pretty sure that I'm gonna do the black headlight mod and paint the front emblem red also.

Hey, looks like you got my truck by mistake. I ordered one just like it. San the seats. But they sound like a good idea.

BTW: I also ordered the supercharger. Will let you know how it is.

Hope we both have great trucks.

I hope you have a most Merry Christmas,

    Craig

What , if any is the differance with an `07?
I ask because a Motor Manual is published for the 2006 and the 2008, but not the 2007.
The 2006 would probabaly be fine.
They are after all 2nd. Gen.

    THIS IS NOT REALLY HELPFULL.
Who cares about color; unless you are in jungle combat. The thing has to work.

Dan are you drinking again? We told you not to come on here drunk but you never listen. I keep you mostly on ignore but I checked and I regretted it.

Just for the record old Dan here missed the point, I have a Radiant red (see description) and it's my favorite truck color, I was being sarcastic.

I see nothing wrong in what I said. It is not even my truck in question.
As a side note; I gave up on finding a 2007 Taco manual and ordered a 2006 factory from Amazon. It is still 2nd. Gen.
I grew weary of not understanding what I see.
Impulse Red is not that far from ABN. Red.
ABN., Ranger, Inf. lead the way. Now cry about that.
Then take a look at history.

    Remember The Alamo.

By the way, the leather looks nice. I wouldn't get it though, I have it in my white Viper and it gets too hot here and the seats get all sticky.

Thanks again, guys. And by the way, the leather was a must cause I have 2 young children that spill everything.

Man that's a nice truck!! How is the quality of the leather? I've got the same truck on order with leather heated seats. But I haven't been able to see a tacoma with dealer leather installed. Do they make the door armrest leather also? Does the leather look like an afterthought? Or does it look like it should be there. I hope your very happy with the leather!

The fact that you see nothing wrong with what you said is my point. Most people here are too respectful to say much kinda like passing a person lying down on the streets of NYC, everyone sees but no one says anything.

I was being sarcastic and you in your infinite wisdom corrected a joke.

Dan please stop acting like a victim, you speak about your service a lot and I want to thank you for that. But you are rambling a lot now and no one can really understand you. I tried to make a joke about it but since you are taking it personally I wanted to clarify.
