Good deal on Duracell Inverter?

I got an email from JCW yesterday saying that they charged my account and I should be getting them next week. I ordered 16 so if anyone who had their order cancelled would still like one just PM me.

I ordered mine well over a week ago, and have got no emails. At all.

 

i got my refund email yesterday....

 

Anyone else get thiers? I ordered on the 31st and got the backorder email but nothing since.

 

Ordered 5 on 12/31. Got the backorder call/email, but nothing else. Order status still says "processing"

 

Looks like they changed the price... finally. It was good while it lasted.

 

WTF that's fraud you can not cancel my order then raise the price!

 

Haha looks like they did. Take them to court... or buy one of the inverters I got. Only $95! No really, $20 + shipping.

That's bull shit!! They cancel/refund orders and then jack the price up. I'm gonna call tomorrow and complain about false advertisement! Maybe i'll get lucky and they'll sell me one at the price they had....

 

I called and spoke to them not letting them know I ordered one previously. I asked if they had any in stock at full price and they didn't. he said it might be 2-3 weeks before they get.more.

 

Well I just spent an hour on the phone just with a supervisor. Might as well kill this thread now as we will never get an inverter if you haven't received one by now. All pending orders are on the list for cancellations/refunds. Their claim is that the manufacturer is no longer providing the inverters for that price so that is it!

 

My wife just called JCW and they said that the inverters on still on backorder. It could take a few more days but not over a month for them to come in. Hopefully, she was right and the supervisor that BRYLONATOR talked to was incorrect. Haha... But in reality, the supervisor probably knows what's going on so I'll be seeing a refund soon.

 

Ordered one inverter on Jan 4th, received it on Jan 12th. Wasn't aware of free shipping code when I ordered so ended up paying the unGodly sum of $10.78!!
Did a test fit under the driver's seat and it works out great.

Prove it! If so thats messed up ON JCwhit part. I ordered on the 31st of december.

 

Has anyone else gotten theirs yet? My order says it is still "processing". They said it could take up to 30 days which will be the 3rd of feb. So I will wait till then to complain.

 

I still haven't gotten mine. It says processing for me too. I ordered mine on 30 Dec, looks like I have another week before I call.
