Why don't we all agree to wave to any Tacoma we see from now on? It's not a hard thing to do! I'll start waving to every person I see driving one... It's not as if they'll ever know who I am

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
My hand is tired from doing the "Jeep wave" for a few years! Lol, but occasionally I will lift my index off the wheel to another Taco owner.

I wave to people who obviously enjoy/take care of their truck. We have a MINI and it is in the manuel that you are suposed to wave to other MINI's so I do it when im diving that car.

I don't wave, but always wonder if the other drivers are asking themselves "How come his fog lights are on without his headlights?".......................................

I know when you go out boating, all the boaters wave to each other.

I just picked up my Taco 2 days ago and I saw another Taco when I was cruising. I waved and he just stared so I put my hand down and felt like an idiot.

Just what was fully loaded from base model so far
I wave and even find myself admiring over the ones that have mods done to them. Just today I noticed a guy who had a set of rims I hadnt seen before and we ended up talking in the parking lot about how much we like our trucks for about half an hour.

Ill admit that I havent felt the urge to wave to a stranger outside of on the bike ( but I own a busa so harley owners usually one finger salute me) till I owned the Taco. I find myself doing it more often.

I didnt find that to be true. I had a 68 mustang and instead of waving everyone just reved their engines wanting to race.

Same around here in SoCal. A lot of guys around here are all cocky and stuff thinking theirs is better than yours. I wish I knew more TW members around here...

In my 13 years with my first gen, and now two years with my 2010, I had never had anyone wave to me. Then I'm driving to work today, an MGM coming the oppisite way gave me a wave. I was like "Holy shit, someone actually waved at me!". Then not 30 seconds later another taco gave me the wave! I was blown away at that point. Guess I'll start giving the wave now.
