I've had my Tacoma since September and I've been meaning to put exhaust on it but I've been really on the fence because I'm afraid of the way it may sound. I've owned alot of cars over the years and all have had axhaust. This is the first time I've waited so long. Anyways, my shop gets a really big break on MagnaFlow so I decided to pick up a muffler part # 14355 and I'm going to have it installed later today. I'll let you know how it sounds and I'll post up a vid on youtube and link it to this thread. The pic of the muffler looks funny beacuse it's wrapped in clear plastic.

I got the muffler insatlled the day before yesterday and so far I'm pretty happy. From the outside the truck has a nice mellow tone but it's a little louder than I expected inside. I'm not 100% sure but I think inside it may just be a tad louder than my nephews Taco w/ a 50 series Flow Master. As far as performance goes, it seems like the truck is a little better out of the whole and seems to have a bit more mid-range. It doesn't seem like it's improved any on the mpg's. This weekend is the real test. I have to pull my boat from Los Angeles to Havasu and it's about 250 miles each way. I filmed the exhaust w/ my iphone but the sound quality is not the greatest. When I have a chance I'll film it w/ my video camera which has a much better mike and I'll post it up on youtube.
