(i know this has been asked many times)
Did the search on the rear tsb and really couldnt find anything . some were saying the tsb rear leaf was a 3 pack and some said it was a 4pack leaf spring and was wondering what I'm really suppose to get. Just got back from the dealership and all they said was the whole rear suspension gets replaced and the leaf springs get replaced with another 3pack leaf spring. I told them that i thought it gets replaced with a 4pack and they said the Tacomas never got a 4pack. Now i have to take my truck back another day so a technician can take a look at it so parts can get ordered. hopefully they replace it because my leafs are basically flat.

It's pretty scary when the dealer is giving you the incorrect information - how are we supposed to trust these people to work on our vehicles?!

The shop tech could be counting the main leaves, which are 3. There will be the overload spring as well, so 3+1 or 4 total springs as shown in Bobbbs photo

I am attempting to get this TSB for my Regular cab. My dealer's service manager has called in the Regional Service Rep for approval. I expect I will following 4WD's lead and adding a Ford or Chevy leaf onto that as well.

I had 400 pounds of concrete block and myself in the bed of mine and dropped 5 inches. That is the same as two hefty women in the truck.
