    Stock fender flares with all gaskets and mounting screws. Do not have the clips that go in the fender. They are in great shape. No cracks or fading.

    Edit::::: I think these are for 01-04. I bought them off a guy that said they came off a 99. I tried to install on my 2000, but I don't have the clips that go in the fender.

    Intersting? These look really black. Not that that's a bad thing, but the OEM flares don't stay black for long? Are you sure these are OEM? Maybe it's just the lighting..

    They are really black. They have a Toyota part # on them. I have more pics if anyone is interested.
