well it depends on if you have help, even for just a few mins.. i had to have my gf hold it in place real quick while i got a bolt in on each side. once you do this, the rest is pretty easy.
if you dont have anyone to help you, you might be able to set up some jacks or something to hold the bumper in place but probably not very safe

You didn't have to do a frame cut and weld on the 2000? I thought there as some slight modifications for the 2000 model year?

    Look at build!
Build looks good man, Im going to have to sit down an re-do mine sometime asap!
Looking forward to seeing the progress with it and get that exhaust dumped asap! Its practicaly free!

Us an engine hoist if you have one or can get ahold of one..makes it pretty easy by yourself, if not the friend method is best and takes a few minutes.

    Look at build!
DDMtuning.com but for a legit HID set-up goto TRS Theretrofitsource.com

I like my DDM kit but will hopefully soon be retro fitting mine!
Just dont get the cheap ones off ebay, cause the quality sucks big time!

well i know the 98-2000 models and the 01-04 are similar with the exception of different grilles. so your frame/bumper mount is probably also different than mine so you might have to do those mods but im not sure.

I did it for legit reasons of crossing creeks and offroad purposes so you dont bend it offroad but some say it makes it louder and mine is pretty loud..but i like it offroad and the fact that you just dont have to see an exhaust tip sticking out and hell i even put the chrome walmart tip back on it after i dumped it

also working on cleaning up my build now in class :D

yes i did. and i do not know the brand because it is not on the ballast. i was ordering my tail lights, i think, and they called me and asked me if i wanted these brand new HIDs for my taco. it had a damaged box so i think i got them for like $90 (normally $150 or something).

but 01tacoma is right, DDM is the way to go if you dont want to spend too much. my buddy got his HID's from ebay and hes always messing with them trying to get them to work properly
